Makawanpur: – Police have cracked down the cannabis cultivation in Bakaiya Rural Municipality of Makawanpur district.

According to the Indra Bahadur Rana, spokesperson at the District Police Office, Makawanpur, the green cannabis plants cultivated in the area including Govarasthan of Bakaiya Rural Municipality war no.6 have been destroyed.

A 20-members police team deployed under the command of Inspector Kamal Kumar Lungeli from District Police Office Makawanpur and Area Police Office Office Phaparbari has destroyed the 7 bughas of Cannabis cultivation.
