Makawanpur: – A local, Krishna Bahadur BK died after being seriously injured in a truck accident at Manahari Rural Municipality ward No. 9 Kharanga of Makawanpur.

District Police Office, Makawanpur, informed that BK died on Wednesday night after being hit by a truck (Na-6-Kha 1366) heading towards Chitwan from Hetauda at Kharanga of Manahari at Hetauda-Narayangadh section of East-West Highway.

According to Indra Bahadur Rana, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Makawanpur Police, BK died during his treatment at ‘Purano Medical College’, Bharatpur Chitwan.

The truck and driver have been taken under control and investigation is being carried on by the Police.
