Makawanpur: – One personal has been killed when a motorcycle collided with a truck parked near Lothar on the Hetauda-Narayangadh road.

According to the District Police Office, Makawanpur, a motorcycle (Ba-Pa 30-30-1 Pa. 5131) heading toward Hetauda from Chitwan met with an accident at 10:30 last night with a parked truck ( Na-5-Kha 5337).

The deceased has been identified as Harish Chandra Upreti, 40, of Hetauda Sub-metropolis ward No. 19, said Indra Bahadru Rana, Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Police Office, Makawanpur.

According to the Rana, he died on the way to  Bharatpur Hospital for treatment after meeting accident.

Makawanpur Police informed that they have taken the truck under control and are conducting necessary investigation into the accident.
