Makawanpur. The federation of Nepal Journalists (FNJ) Makawanpur, has awarded Rs. 8,000 in cash and certificates to three senior journalists who have been active in Journalism for a long time.

On the occasion of the 16th Annual General Assembly of the Federation, Chief Minister of Bagmati State Dormani Paudel and Leader of the Main opposition of Bagmati State Indra Bahadur Baniya handed over the letter of appreciation along with cash to them.

The federation has given awards to Krishna Ram Pariyar, correspondent of National News Committee, Kaushal Pandey, Publishers of Prayas Weekly and Khem Bolkhe.

Similarly, the Federation of Nepali Journalists (FNJ) Makawanpur has given  testimonials  to the Hetauda Sub-metropolis for contributing in the establishment of the pension fund for the senior Journalists.
