Checkpoints will be tightened at every entry points of Valley
Makawanpur: – The Ministry of Health and Population has said that security checks will be intensified at the two main entry points of the Kathmandu Valley to reduce the risk of corona infection.
It is said that security will be tightened at Nagdhunga on the western border and Sanga Bhanjyang on the east.
Though the metropolis has said that it is preparing to tighten the security check, the security personnel deployed at the checkpoint have not taken any precaution other than taking information of the vehicles.
These scenarios have increased the risk of infection in the Kathmandu Valley. No safety precautions have been used to minimize the use of masks and distance.
Passengers without masks are entering the valley in a risky manner without maintaining any physical distance. Meanwhile, the number of corona infections in Kathmandu Valley is increasing day by day.
