Makawanpur: – The District Administration Office, Makawanpur has requested to maintain quarantine and isolation in the district.
The decision was taken at a meeting of the District Covid-19 Crisis Management Center chaired by Chief District Officer Gobind Prasad Rijal on Friday.
The meeting decided to request all the 10 local levels and Hetauda Hospital to keep the quarantine and isolation centers in operation in readiness considering the possibility of infection of Covid-19.
Likewise, it has been decided to make necessary preparations to make the services provided by all the local levels and health centers of the district more effective and also to make arrangements for the awareness message through electronic medium to prevent the spread of infection and to avoid crowds at fairs, festivals, New Year and special occasion and to follow the safety Guideline.
In view of the rising risk of corona infection in neighboring India and other countries, the district administration had earlier banned Makawanpur has restricted to hold any kind of fairs and mass gathering.
