Makawanpur: – A 14-year-old girl from Hetauda has been raped by her uncle. The father of the girl informed that she was raped by his 35-year-old son while she was sleeping in her own house on Chaitra-3 on Tuesday night.

He said,” A friend who has been living in my house for 20 years has betrayed me. He used to take drugs as well as was imprisoned. He has been out of jail just for two and half months but I never had bad thoughts about him.”

According to girl’s father, ‘e slept with his own daughter and friend’s daughter on Tuesday night when his wife had gone her own home. He also informed that his house is in Kamane. “I have raised him for 20 years. He neither used to work nor talk with brothers. I had also paid for his bail. On Tuesday, He slept along with his daughter and my daughter. His daughter is younger than mine. I can’t believe such incident took place” he said.

He informed that a complaint was lodged at the District Police Office, Makawanpur. However, police said that they have requested to find the culprit themselves. He said that a complaint has been lodged with the police. However, the police have asked me to find myself since; he used to live in my house. After you find, just inform us we will come to catch him. He had been missing since that night.

He says – ‘where we go to find him. According to what I heard, he is currently at Hetauda Kamaldanda’.

“We have not studied; we do not understand the legal issues well. We have brought our daughter home after checking her health. The police said that they are confused as to where to go to search.” they said.

Police Spokesperson of the District Police Office, Makawanpur, Jayeshwar Rimal said that the incident was being investigated. He said that the case has been registered and is being investigated. We are searching for the person allegedly involved in the incident.
