Makawanpur: – A dead body has been found on the bank of the Rapti river in Hetauda, the capital of Bagmati State.

The body of a 25-year-old man was found on Sunday afternoon, said Jayeshwar Rimal, Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Police Office, Makawanpur.

According to him, the body was found half drowned on the bank of the Rapti River.

A police team has reached the spot and is conducting necessary investigation into the incident, said Superintendent of Police Rimal.
