Democracy fell in crisis due to internal dispute in CPN: Kamal Thapa
Makawanpur: – Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) Chairman Kamal Thapa has said that the crisis over parliamentary democracy has seen due to the internal strife of the CPN.
Inaugurating the first municipal council meeting of RPP-Hetauda Sub-metropolis on Saturday, Thapa accused that the CPN are creating internal dispute rather than orienting the people toward economic prosperity.
Thapa expressed concern over the growing chaos and violence in the country as the disbanded CPN and the main opposition Nepali Congress (NC) are playing the role of changing the government by blaming each other instead of consolidating the nation’s sovereignty and the leading the people towards prosperity.
He said that the external forces are using the politics of the major parties to divide the Nepali people and to save the nation from disintegration and revive the democratic culture and system, it is necessary for all the parties to reconsider and declare new elections soon.
All parties should take the lead in forming an alliance to move forward with coordination and cooperation while providing sustainability and stability to the country’s democracy, according to RPP.
Chairman Thapa expressed confidence that RPP would provide advance leadership to restore Hinduism in order to continue its cultural tradition among the traditional Hindus, Buddhists and Kirati’s of Nepal.
