UML and Maoist have been registered on third’s person name
Makawanpur: – The Supreme Court on Sunday ruled in favor of Rishi Kattel and ordered to revive the UML and the Moist, which has added constitutional and legal complexities.
The UML and CPN have been registered in other’s name in the Election Commission.
The UML and the UCPN (Maoist) were vacated in the Election Commission after Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda announced the formation of the CPN.
Sandhya Tiwari, a former UML Cadres from Mornag, has registered the UML in the 132nd position while Gopal Kiranti, a former leader of Maoist, has registered the CPM-Maoist in 125th position.
