Makawanpur: – The decision over dissolution of House of Representatives was rejected by the Supreme Court on Phlagun-11 while Prime Minister Oli was celebrating his birthday. With the Supreme Court’s order, the Prime Minister had to deal with an unfortunate blow on his birthday. Oli was celebrating his birthday among supporters and party leaders in Baluwatar as the Constitutional Court delivered its verdict.

And similarly, on Sunday, it was the birthday of the former Prime Minister Mahdav Kumar Nepal and because of the decision of the Supreme court his birthday has also been ruined.

The Supreme Court has ruled on a writ petition filed by Rishi Kattel and rejected the registration of the Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) led by KP Sharma Oli and Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’. At the same time, Madhav Kumar has been shocked by the decision.

Nepal is now with Prachanda politically. After the Prime Minister dissolved the House of Representatives, Prime Minister Oli’s group and Prachanda Madhav’s group had split into two poles, one was led by PM Oli whereas another was led by the Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’.

After the Supreme Court did not care about the present CPN, the future of the CPN’s politicians is in crisis.
