Makawanpur: – The number of confirmed cases of corona virus (Covid-19) in Makawanpur has reached 3,887 so far. According to the District Public Health Office, Makawanpur, 3,844 of them have been infected so far.

Similarly, 32 people have died due to corona in Makawanpur so far. Hetauda has the highest number of deaths due to infection. According to the Public Health Office, Makawanpur, 26 people have died in Hetauda due to the infection.

While, 2 people died in Thaha Municipality and Manahari Gaupalika and one each in Bakaiya and Bagmati Gaupalika.

According to the Public Health Office, Makawanpur, there are 11 different active cases in the district. Among them, 7 are from Hetauda and 4 from Manahari and all of them are being home isolated.
