Makawanpur: – Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) Chairman Munu Sigdel has congratulated all Nepalese saying that the Supreme Court has protected the constitution achieved through sacrifice, penance and sacrifice by the Nepali people.
She responded that the tyranny (Unconstitutional step) of a dictator is not acceptable in the rule of law adding, the atrocities committed by the Prime Minister by violating the supreme law and constitution of the country have come to an end from today.
The Supreme Court has annulled the dissolution of the House of Representatives today.
A constitutional bench of Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher Jabra, Justices Vishwambhar Prasad Shrestha, Anil Kumar Sinha, Sapna Pradhan Malla and Tej Bahadur KC has ruled that the dissolution of Parliament by Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli will be annulled.
On the recommendation of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, President Bidyadevi Bhandari dissolved the parliament on Poush-5 and announced elections on Baiskhakh-17 and 27. Against that, 13 writs were registered in the Supreme Court.
