Makawanpur: – Manila Bista, vice-president of Manahari Gaupalika, said that she has been reinstated in the post due to the support of everyone. Despite of various conspiracies and attempts to remove her from the post of vice-president, she was stated to have succeeded to gain justice due to the love and cooperation of the people.

Speaking at a press conference in Hetauda today, she assured that she will go among the people in the coming days and work for the public interest.

The Patan Hetauda High Court had issued an order on Phalgun-5 to return to the work to Manila Bista.

A joint bench of Justices Mohammad Sabir Hussain and Chandiraj Dhakal issued an extradition order dismissing all proceedings and allowing Vice President Bista to return to work.

Bista had filed a writ petition in the Patan Hetauda High Court saying that she had not resigned. The court ruled in favor of Vice President Bista.

Advocates Shushil Kumar Pokhrel, Madan Dahal, Amrit Lama and Shiva Prasad Banjara argued in favor of Bista.

Bista’s resignation was accepted by the Gaupalika on Poush-17.
