Makawanpur: – Youths have protested in Hetauda on Saturday against the recent incidents of violence against women and rape in different parts of the country.

The Independent People’s Pressure Campaign for Justice has staged a protest in Buddhachowk, Hetauda with the participation of youths.

The rally started from Huprachaur of Hetauda Sub-metropolis and ended at Buddhachowk.

In the protest, the youths chanted various slogans including “Defend the rule of law, end violence against women, take action against the rapist, rapist is not human, my country has lost justice”.

They also performed awareness dramas against rape.
