Makawanpur: – senior leader of the Prachanda-Madhav faction of the Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) and former Prime Minister Jhala Nath Khanal has appealed to other parties to join the joint movement.

Addressing a demonstration organized by the Prachanda-Madhav faction of the CPN in the capital Kathmandu yesterday, he said that it was not just a fight between two factions of the CPN.

Stating that there is an agitation against the counter-revolution on Poush-5, Khanal urged the Congress, Janata Samanwadi Party and other parties to come and carry out a joint agitation. This is not just a movement of the CPN; it is a joint movement of the people. Now, lets get involved.
