Makawanpur: – Munu Sigdel, chairperson of the Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) Makawanpur and member of the Bagmati State Assembly, has commented that Sanu Kumar Shrestha, Speaker of the Bagmati Pradesh, is a helpless shadow of the minority government.

In a conversation with TuKhabar, MP Sigdel stated that the Speaker had postponed the meeting of the state assembly overnight as the post of Chief Minister Dormani Paudel would be trapped. She said that if the meeting of the state assembly is not convened on Phalgun-5, there will be continuous agitation and rally.

“We tried to persuade Speaker Shrestha to convene a meeting, but we lost contact. Where did the speaker hide by postponing the meeting at midnight? ‘She asked.

She said that no decision has been made on whether Speaker Shrestha will convene a meeting of the state assembly on Phalgun-5 or not.

Speaker Shrestha had postponed the meeting scheduled till 5th of Phalgun.
