Makawanpur:  The sister organizations of the Nepali Congress are going to protest against the government led by Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli in Hetauda today.

Today, 13 sister organizations of the Nepali Congress have organized a nationwide protest and a demonstration against the government will be held in Hetauda of Makawanpur today.

The protest will start at 12 noon today at the party office in Hetauda-2 and will turn into a rally at Buddha Chowk later, said Ishwar Pathak, chairman of Nepal Tarun Dal Makawanpur.

According to Pathak, the KP Oli government’s dissolution of the parliament has led to totalitarianism, extreme corruption, miss governance, inaction in the struggle against Covid-19, and the government’s indifference to public issues.

Stating that the Congress and its sister organizations are in agitation against the unconstitutional and undemocratic move of dissolving the House of Representatives on the recommendation of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, Nevisangha Makawanpur Chairman Raju Khatiwada urged all to support the Oli government.
