Kathmandu. The Ministry of Health and Population plans to vaccinate health workers against corona infection from next Wednesday. The Ministry of Health, which has been preparing to launch a vaccination campaign against corona since Wednesday, has appointed coordinators for the vaccination campaign and management for all the seven states. In coordination with the state health director, a coordinator has been appointed in each state to facilitate the vaccination campaign and management.

In Province 1, the Director of the Family Welfare Division under the Department of Health Services, Dr. Dr. Taranath Pokhrel, Director of Remedial Services Division in Province 2 Dr. Madan Kumar Upadhyaya, Head of Policy Planning and Monitoring Division of the Ministry in Bagmati State. Dr. Gunaraj Lohani, Spokesperson of the Ministry of Health in Gandaki Pradesh. Jageshwar Gautam has been appointed as the coordinator.

Similarly, in Lumbini, the head of the quality measurement and regulation division of the ministry, Dr. Dr. Vikas Devkota, Director, National Tuberculosis Center, Karnali, Dr. Anuj Bhattachan, Director, Epidemiology and Disease Control Division, Far West Krishna Poudel has been appointed as the coordinator.
