NC holding protests at all 10 local levels
Makawanpur: – According to the NC Makawanpur, preparations have been completed for the protest rally to be held at all local levels in Makawanpur on Magh-3 against the unconstitutional move of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli to dissolve the parliament.
Protests and rallies are being held as per the party’s central program.
Organizing a press conference in Hetauda on Friday, Congress Hetauda sub-metropolitan president Anandaram Parajuli said that protest rally has been scheduled to be held at 1 pm at Shital Mahal Chowk in Hetauda.
The gathering will be addressed by Nepali Congress central member Mahalakshmi Upadhyaya Dina and member of the dissolved parliament Prakash Snehi.
Similarly, stating that NC has been holding protest in order to save the value and norms of the democracy, he also appealed to the general public to participate in the protest to support NC.
The Nepali Congress Makawanpur has already appointed representatives in all the 10 local bodies for the protest rally. Bishnu Prasad Lamichhane, acting president of Hetauda sub-metropolitan municipality and Jayaram Lamichhane, district advisor of Thaha municipality have been appointed as district representatives for the demonstrations and protests. Similarly, Gopilal Bishwakarma, district treasurer in Bagmati, Pradip Koirala, spokesperson in Bakaiya, Rambabu Bania, joint secretary in Makawanpur Gadhi and Rita Khanal, advisor in Bhimphedi have been appointed as district representatives. Similarly, District Secretary Buddha Lama has been appointed in Indrasharobar, Prabhat Kumar Dahal in Kailash, Uma Dahal in Raksirang and Michael Ramchandra Aryal in Manahari, said Makawanpur spokesperson Pradip Koirala.
