Makawanpur: – A person has died after being injured in a road accident at Hetauda in Makawanpur district on Phalgun-11.

The accident took place at Hetauda Sub-metropolitan Ward No. 2 Choukitoli when a Sumo (Province-3-03-001 Ja 0029) heading towards Kathmandu from Hetauda and a Sumo (Na 1 Ja 2460) coming from the opposite direction collided.

According to the District Police Office, Makawanpur, 63-year-old Choigu Lama, a resident of Manahari Village Municipality-1, died at the Sancho Hospital in Hetauda at around 1 pm today.

According to Makwanpur Police, the injured were taken home after treatment. However, he was rushed to Sancho Hospital last night due to health problems and died during treatment.

In the accident, 11 people were injured.
