Kathmandu: – CPN leader Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has mentioned that the court will be disregarded even when he speaks on the issue under consideration in the court as he is the executive of the country.

In a written reply to the contempt case filed by leader Prachanda in the Supreme Court on Sunday, the executive said that the court would be contemptuous even if he spoke about the pending case in the court. The written reply said: Contempt of court will only be a matter of obstructing the giving process and violating the judicial decision.
