Makawanpur: – Three people have died in a tipper accident in Solukhumbu district.

Three, including one from Makawanpur, died on the spot when a tipper (Ba 4 Kha 7980) crashed at Mahadev Bhir in Solududhkunda Municipality-11 of Solukhumbu district last night.

The deceased have been identified as Kamal Magar, 33, of Dhading, Ram Kumar Magar, about 33 years old, of Hetauda and Krishna Chaudhary, 19, of Saptari.

According to the Police, the tipper had fallen about 300 meters down from the road.

Similarly, Ramesh Magar, 23, of Hetauda was seriously injured in the same accident. He was rushed o the Phaplu Hospital for his treatment, according ot the District Police Office, Solukhumbu.

The tipper which took accident belongs to the Dudhkoshi-Solukhumbu 86 MW Hydropower project.
