“No agreement reached except withdrawing the ordinance”- Prachanda
Kathmandu: – The Secretariat of the ruling Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal: Prachanda has said that there has been no agreement other than withdrawing the ordinance and returning the letter submitted to the president.
According to the secretariat, there was no agreement between the two president other than withdrawing the ordinance brought by the government and returning the letter submitted to the president to convene a special session of parliament.
Ganga Dahal, daughter of Prachanda has mentioned on social media that only on the two issued have been agreed.
After the news came out that both the presidents had agreed to withdraw the charge sheet, Prachanda’s Secretariat said that the two president’s had agreed on only two issues.
CPN (Maoist) senior leader Jhala Nath Khanal also said that there was no consensus expect for withdrawing the ordinance brought by the government and convening the parliament. Leader Khanal said that other issues would be discussed at the next standing committee meeting.
