Plans will be distributed without any discrimination: Chief Minister Dormani Paudel
Makawanpur. Chief Minister of Bagmati State Dormani Paudel has said that the state government will distribute the plans without any discriminations to any districts in order to connect the needs of the people of the state and the development of the urbanization.
Chief Minister Paudel delivered this while laying the foundation stone of a concrete bridge under construction at Rapti River connecting Hetauda Sub-metropolis-11, Nawalpur and Wada No.12 Padampokhari by the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure Development of Bagmati State today.
On the ocassion, he said that the state government has allocated the budget for the projects of national pride, development infrastructure in a proportionate manner and to provide quality services in the development of health and education for the inaccessible people.
Stating that the government is engaged in its duty to make the urbanization base and opportunity based with new thinking, he also added that the government has brought irregularities under the preview of direct monitoring to bring good governance in the state and discourage corruption.
On the ocassion, Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Development Rameshwar Phuyal said that the state government is centered to meet the citizen’s requirement and needs through the projects of Drinking water, Concrete bridges, electricity development etc over all the 13 districts of the state.
He clarified that the government has started its process to involve the private sector in the operation of electric vehicles in Kathmandu, Chitwan, Hetauda, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur, Dhading, Nuwakot and Sindhuli and other cities and the electric service connecting Hetauda with the Federal capital Kathmandu will be launched in a few months.
Acting Director of Physical Infrastructure and Transport Directorate Dr. Sahadev Bhandari, Wada Chairperson of Hetauda-11 and 12, Gokarna Parajuli, Lalit Ghalan and Women Social Worker Lalita Gomba, respectively, expressed their suggestion that long-term benefits can be gained by running development activity on the basis of local people’s participation.
The ministry of Physical Infrastructure Development has allocated Rs. 26 Crores 41 Lakhs and 87 Thousands for the construction of Rapti Bridge connecting Padampokhari with Nawalpur in Hetauda.
