Journalist Surya Prakash Kandel’s debut novel titled ‘Moso’ has hit the book stores.

The 230-page novel is available for 385 rupees. It is published by Eureka Publications. Kandel has been involved in journalism based in Chitwan and is currently advisor to Federation of Nepali Journalists, Chitwan.

He has worked for various dailies and weeklies in Chitwan. Kandel is presently the news editor of Safalkhabar.com and Chitwan correspondent for Nagarik national daily.

Sharing his experience of writing the novel, Kandel said it took him three years to complete his first literary creation. The plot in Moso is based on journalism and it gives a social message about the sector, adds Kandel.
