Makawanpur. Awareness board has been handed over to Arniko Seconday School at Nawarpani, Hetauda-19 on Thursday under the ‘Jaycees Week of the Year 2020’ of Bastipur Jaycees Handikhola.

The information board has been handed over to be placed on the side of the highway and accident can happen due to speeding vehicles. The program was coordinated by Lok Lama Moktan and Chaired by Jayaram Subedi, Chairman of Bastipur Jaycees in the presidency of Narayan Bahadur Thokar, Board Advisory of Bastipur Jaycees and Former President of the School.

The Chief Thokar informed that a wooden board was placed on the highway during his working period as Chairman of the management Committee. Stating that there is a possibility of an accident as there is a school near the highway, he pointed out that everyone needed to pay attention to this. At the program the principal of the school, Krishna Chandra Rijal  expected to reduce the possibility of accident with the notice board.

The program was attended by Subodh Ghalan, President of the School Teachers and Parent Association, Narayan Moktan, Member, Prem Bahadur Bal, member of the School Management Committee, Bishnu Pariyar, teachers of the school, Chandra Bahadur Jimba, Local Social Worker, Raju Lama Thokar, Vice president of ‘Saksham Youth Club’ and Jyoti Raj Luitel, Chief president of Bastipur Jaycees.

Similarly, warm clothes have been distributed to the student of ‘Srijana Primary School in Manahari Gaupalika-5, Mathilo Massine on Thursday under the Jaycees week. Warm clothes have been distributed to students from poor families. Wada Chairman Dhurba Khadka was the chief guest in the program convened by Program Coordinator Shrikrishna Dhakal. He said that he was happy that Jaycees had helped the needy students of his Wada.

School principal Gokarna Titung, outgoing Chairman of Jaycees Sunil Adhikari and other expressed their views at the program. Executive Vice President Rabin Dhakal, who was the main event coordinator, informed about ‘Jaycee Week’ in the program.

Similarly, a legal online awareness program has been organized for the Jaycees member on Thursday. The program was coordinated by the program coordinator Basanta Bartaula and ho9sed by the former president of Bastipur Jaycee Basnata Kumar Sitaula. The program was facilitated by Advocate Rishi KV, president of District Bar Association Makawanpur. Chairman Jayaram Subedi informed that the Jaycees week closing and award distribution program will be held on Friday morning.
