Makawanpur. Dengue infection has been confirmed in 11 more people in Makawanpur. District Health Office Makawanpur has informed that dengue infection has been confirmed in them in the last 24 hours in the district.

In the last 24 hours, 6 people from Hetauda sub-metropolitan city, 2 people from Manhari Rural Municipality, one person from Bhimphedi Rural Municipality, one person from Bakaiya Rural Municipality and one person from other districts have been confirmed to have dengue infection.

With this, the total number of dengue infected in the district has reached 558 from last July 1 till today. Among which the most infected are in Hetauda sub-metropolitan area. Dengue infection has been confirmed in 383 people there.

Similarly, dengue infection has been confirmed in two people from Thaha Municipality, 11 people from Makawanpurgadhi Rural Municipality, 22 people from Bagmati Rural Municipality, 56 people from Manhari Rural Municipality, 2 people from Indrasarovar Rural Municipality, 15 people from Bhimfedi Rural Municipality, 18 people from Bakaiya Rural Municipality and 2 people from Raksirang Rural Municipality.

Similarly, during that period, the infection was confirmed in 40 people in the hospital in Hetauda and 7 people in other districts, according to the district health office.
