Thing of Makawanpur died in Kuwait
Makawanpur. A woman from Makawanpur who had gone to Kuwait for foreign employment has died in Kuwait.
The deceased has been identified as Sarita Thing of Makawanpur, Kankada, who was working as a domestic worker in Kuwait.
Thing, who was admitted to the hospital after suffering from gastric ulcer, died on Sunday, January-10 while undergoing treatment at Adan Hospital, according to the Nepali Embassy in Kuwait.
There was a runway case against Thingbir two years ago. Thing had been working illegally in secret. According to the embassy, the family has to bear the cost of sending Thing’s body to Nepal as it has been passing through India illegally and no labor agreement has been signed.
