Kathmandu – President Bidya Devi Bhandari has appointed Sushil Pyakurel to the post of expert who shall give suggestions and feedbacks to the Head-of-the-State regarding political, social and human rights issues.

He is the resident of Kalanki, Kathmandu. The Office of the President stated this in a press note today.
