Congress celebrated Birth Anniversary of Ganeshman Singh
Makawanpur. Nepali Congress of Makawanpur celebrated 106th birth anniversary ofGaneshman Singh, senior Commander of Peoples Movement-2046 BS for the establishment of Democracy.
In the presidency of Acting Chairman, Bishnu Prasad Lamichhane Nepali Congress celebrated birth anniversary of Ganeshman Singh in Makawanpur On Monday.
Acting Chairman said that Ganeshman Singh has become center of the attention for all because of his renunciation and his contribution in the Nepalese Congress.
He presented great symbol of Contribution by giving the opportunity for Krishna Prasad Bhattarai to become Prime minister when king Birendra offered him to be the prime minister after the people movement 2046.
Singh was born in 1972 on Kartik 24 in Kshetrapati of Kathmandu and was demised on 2nd Ashoj 2054 BS.
Singh was also active in the first party of Nepal “Prajaparishad” established in 1972 and had actively participated for the removal of Rana Dynasty.
He established relation with B.P Koirala in India after running away from Nepal breaking the Jail.
Ganeshman had great contribution in the establishment of Nepali Congress in 2003 BS and provided direction for Congress with his colleagues.
In the birth- anniversary there were participation of Congress Head Advisory, Michael RamchandraAryal, District secretary Aanda Kathayat, Advisory Ashok Shakya and Bharat Parajuli, District Members Amrita Thapa Magar, Bhimsen Mahat, Sunil Adhikari, Feamle Division members SharmilaShrestha, Head of Tarun Group Ishwar Pathak, Secretary of Women Union NeelamDevkota, Democratic Game and sports Union’s Sub-secretary PradipKandel, Female leader of Bhimphedi Gaupalika Gorimaya Lama in the program.
