The sitting of Party committee are done according to the requirement. The committee are formed for the sitting only.

For the committee, there is valid management. Just prepare the location of sitting, then after only, one by one get agree for the sitting.

The sittings are not done until it is finalized that what will be conclusion or the ending of the sitting. The problem is not the sitting, the cooperation between you is also not the problem.

You are working to break the government, this is the problem.

So leave the matter of Conflict and breaking of Government, then after only sitting can be done with the discussions.

Puspa Kamal Dahal: Head of CPN

You didn’t implemented the report provided by the Task force and the conclusion of sitting of the committee. Restructure of Council of Ministers, Appointment of ambassador, till now all the work has been done at once. Because of you Problems got rise up in Karnali. You didn’t get ready for the solution of the rising of problems after problems. You talked about breaking of Party while talking about the problems in the committee sitting. You threatened to break the party in the former sitting. So I’ve come to request with written paper after the informal sitting with the friends. You have make the web of frauds and dangers outside and you are sitting in the safe zone, Baluwatar. And why do you make me guilty in the subject of breaking?

Doing personal discussions and preparation , the both side of the CPN have entered in the the strategy of “wait and see”. Their previous plan is to be neutral till Monday. After that, they will step up according to the opposite group. The both side have blamed their opposite side for breaking the party. But the both sides are aware about the accident in the near future.

After rejecting the request by the major of the secretariat, the CPN has entered in the strategy of “wait and see” for 48 hours that is 2 days. But till Saturday’s evening no one is ready to step back from their decision. With this the decision phase has been reached in final stage. The CPN can be drawn in great problems after stepping up by any one of the side.

The CPN entered in its final condition when the working Head of CPN, Comrade Puspa Kamal Dahal presented two pages written request to call for the sitting in last 48 hours. But K.P Oli said on the basis of valid management, it is useless to call for the meeting for discussion until the proposal is prepared on the basis of Consensus.

After not giving any final answer by the major leaders, the requesting group of the CPN has entered in the stage of ‘wait and see’ strategy. Oli is in the condition where the unsatisfied leaders are pressuring the him and are only going to step up after the step of Madhav Kumar Nepal, Prachanda Nearer Leader.

Because of the statement by the Oli that the sitting of the party after proposal of the major, this will be the central point of breaking the party. Due to which without the addressing of the written request, they are not clear about their next steps. There had been informal sitting of the central committee and secretariat even though Oli is not in their support.

” Either tomorrow(Sunday) or the day after tomorrow ( Monday), lets discuss seriously on all the topis.  Create the conditions of running the party with joint force, on the basis of policy and methods and acceptance to all of us, we have forced on these topics.” informed the spokesperson Narayan KajiShrestha with the medias.

What will you do if K.P Oli will reject the request? – Spokesperson has not thought till now, informed. ‘ Now we will not think like that. It is not condition to think if he reject the proposal. Bring out the conclusion after the sitting is the today’s importance.” – He said.

We had discussion with some of the major politician, Nepal, JhalanathKhanal, BamdevGautam and spokesperson, Shrestha at Dhumbarahi before applying the formal request. After that they had gone to meet with the K.P Oli at Baluwatar.

We made clear about the condition of applying for written request by the Head, Prachanda. It was informed that even trying for the formal sitting, Prachanda reformed the Council of ministry, lonely. He also threatened about the breaking of party after requesting for formal meeting, so we are here to apply request informally.

” Any of the conclusion, by the sitting is not applied, but in additional due to the Prime ministers many problems has been added, if you call for the formal meeting, i will break the party , He threatened. So that, after calling for informal meeting we are here with this request. Our plan was to apply written request for the sitting” one member of the secretariat said about the statements of Prachanda.

Oli rejected the statement in the middle of the discussion, informed the member of the Secretariat. ” we have not rejected for sitting. But the problem is not there because of not sitting, but the problem is your factionalism. To make the Government failure, breaking the party, don’t play that kind of frauds. Daily you are sitting privately in different places, those are the problems, said to the Nayapatrika concluding the words of KP Oli. Similarly’  don’t stand against, don’t catch the way of breaking the party. Then after the sitting can be done with our discussion.’

Oli replied that he is ready to call the sitting on according the rules in the consultation of sitting of Bhadra-26, secretariat sitting and in the consultation of the two head of the party. ” The sitting of party committee is planned according to the importance automatically. It is the subject of conflict. But for that there are methods , culture and validity for that. You planned in mass where to organize sitting and on the basis of that decision sitting can’t be done, he informed concluding the statement of Oli. The secretariat said,” Permanent Committee sitting, the previous secretariat also decided on the agenda, it is planned to sit the sitting after the preparations. The sitting can’t be done until solid advice is given”.

Prachanda said-” Pm Oli has made the center of frauds his own place, Baluwatar.  You are the person living in the safe zone, organizing the people. You have been making the Baluwatar as the Political frauds. And you say I’m doing all these stuffs?”.

The leaders presented in the meeting also represented the idea of sitting according to the policy of the party. Senior Leader Nepal also said-” Are you the almighty person who never make mistake? Have not you done any mistakes? First do self-realization that why all the supporters are now against me. “. Another senior leader Jhalanath also presented to manage for sitting.

Sub-Head, Gautam also criticized the state of Oli of about factionalism. ” You always do meeting in Baluwatar and that is not factionalism, while discussing about the problems of party, you blame for us for factionalism. The party has addressed him as working head then how it is factionalism? he asked withe the Oli. Gautam has criticized the Oli saying as personal beneficial thoughts.

In the discussion, Oli blamed Shrestha has become spokesperson, by crossing the system of Party. And shrestha replied that he always has been working for the better of party. ” It is communist nature thinking criticisms as rejection. The meeting is not so much importance in the critical condition in the nation. What kind of leaders all of you are?” then Shrestha faced the blame and said” how I’ve crossed the systems of Party while working for the nation?”. He expressed his aggress saying that even though requesting with formal letter with both of the head, no one called for the party sitting.

In the written letter, personal benefits were presented, Ignorance of Committee conclusion, problems because of Oli in Karnali State, Not able to control the covid-19, Factional Protection while party worker was murdered in the Parsa , these are the some allegations on the Oli.

But, Oli centered leader accused that without caring about the joint force to establish the party, nonsense and un required force are being done with the leaders to break the party. ” While reading the letter it  seems to make the others also excited and break the party. They are spreading hate and ignorance among the members”- the member of Oli centered Committee informed.
