There is still high competition between two competitors at the time of Presidential election in US.

To win the presidential election, 270 electoral votes are required whereas Biden is losing only by 6 votes.

According to the previous counting Democratic Candidate, Jon Biden has obtained 264 and Republic Candidate, Donald Trump has got only 214 electoral, informed Fox News.

Democratic Candidate, Biden said that he is sure to win the election.

Whereas republic candidate and present president, Donald Trump has raised against frauds and issued have been raised in the court.

In the process of addressing , he also said that he is toward the wining the election. He informed to be the president of whole America.

” after winning the election there will be no red and blue states, there will be only one United State”- He added.

Whereas Trump has registered case in the court saying that there is fraud in the votes of Michigan , Pennsylvania  and Georgia.

In the process of counting the votes of Presidential election, Jon Biden has started to win the Trump from the votes of Small States.

Among the states where trump had won the opposition party in the previous election, this time Biden has won the Trump in Wisconsin.

In the count of 95% votes in Michigan Biden Beat the Trump by 1% and then Trump campaign cased file to stop the counting the votes.

Trump has filed the case in the Michigan Court to stop the counting blaming that the counting is not transparency. According to the American News agency CNN, Biden has wined the election in the Michigan.

Trump has requested to count the votes of Wisconsin even though losing in the state. Trump is still in leading in Pennsylvania state but Biden is supposed to catch the Trump soon. Trump campaign informed, they are going to file case to stop the counting of the votes.

Trump Campaign has started their legal process in order to stop the counting of votes in the Michigan, Pennsylvania and Georgia states.

One of the Office of Trump campaign, Justin Clerk has blamed the democratic for the frauds in the counting of Votes of Republic.

International Surveyorsshown that there is no frauds in the counting of the votes.

Organization named as ‘Organization for Security and Co-operation In Europe ‘ has claimed that the allegation of Trump on the counting of the votes as unrealistic and unreasonable. BBC explained ‘ It will harm on the Democratic believes’.

Trump has won in the Texas State where there is large number of electoral. There are 38 electoral seats in the Texas state and Biden has won 29 seats in the New York state.

This time, because of Advance voting and Postal voting, it is not sure to guess about the election.

Due to the tough systems of voting and results  in US , it is hard to guess about the winner. Freedom candidates used to  effect in the votes of Party candidates though party candidates obtains more votes.

In America, the system of Electoral College has been managed by the Article-11 of the constitute, which was formed by the 12th amendment of the constitution in 1804 AD.

In the 8 states of US  the least electoral is 3. There are only 3 electoral in  District of Colombia, Alaska, Vermont, Delaware, North Dakota , South Dakota, Montana and Wyoming in each. The state having more electoral in California where there are 6 corores population.

Similarly, in Second Texas there are 38 electoral and in Florida and New York there are 29 Seats in each states. In Illinois and Pennsylvania there are 20 electoral in each states.

The candidates who gained more electoral, wins the election.

Florida(29) , Pennsylvania(20), Michigan(16) , Georgia(16) , North Carolina (15), Minnesota(10)  and Wisconsin (10) are the decisive States in US.

There are different phases in the presidential election in US.  For example , proofing electoral by 10th November, proofing by the central of the votes of all the states by 8 December and by 14th December, Authorization should be given by the winner in their respective states capital.

The formal phase is ended in the American Congress counting all the electoral by the 6th January after finishing all the legal process. After all the legal phase in 20th January, The chief Justice Administrators , oath to the New president.

To be elected as the president in USA, it is compulsory to obtain 270 electoral out of 538. If none of the candidates could bring the majority in the election then there is system to choose the president by the House of Representatives.
