Bagmati state has allocated 2 crores and 99 lakhs budget for the Public Appearance Program. With this amount, 2 hundreds houses are to be built by the State Government.

The budgets have been allocated for the Extremely endangered and extremely poor of Marginalized group for the management of their personal house. The central Government handed over the Public Appearance Program to the State Government since 075/076 Fiscal year.

It is plan to construct 2 hundred houses in the start of Fiscal year. The ministry of Physical Infrastructure of Bagmati State informed that the program to select the beneficiary has been started.

Because of residential of Chepang and Bankariya in makawanpur, it is require to build large number of  Houses. Public Appearance Program has been started from fiscal year 067 by the Bagmati State. 7 hundreds different houses have been constructed since fiscal year 067. For the construction of one house, 3 lakhs 32 thousands and 5 hundreds economic help used to be provided in 3 different installment by Government, informed Urban Development and Building Office.

This program has been started in 5 different Local bodies of Makawanpur district even though because of lack of manpower in the office , monitoring is so weak.
