According to the statistics of the customs department, the import of mobile phones has doubled by mid-Phalgun of the fiscal years 2075\/76, 2076\/77 and 2077\/78.<\/p>\n<p>Mobile phones worth Rs. 12 Arba 63 Crores 11 Lakhs and 47 thousands were imported in the 2075\/076 fiscal year while mobile worth Rs 14 Arba 37 Crores 3 Lakhs and 96 thousands have been imported in the fiscal year 2076\/077.<\/p>\n<p>Similarly, mobile phones worth Rs 26 Arba 30 Crore 54 Lakhs and 95 thousands have been imported till the end of FY 2077\/78. This is an increase of Rs. 13 Arba 67 thousands 43 lakhs and 47 thousands more than the corresponding period of FY 2075\/76. Similarly, compared to the Fiscal Year 2076\/77, it has increased by Rs 11 Arba 93 Crore 50 lakhs and 98 thousands.
