As the MPs are busy carrying the development file, they are not paying attention to the law making process.<\/p>\n<p>Stating that the state government now needs to formulate 32 laws, Speaker Shrestha said that the number of cases against the government is increasing. He said that some works have been stopped due to issues against the state government.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, the Bagmati Provincial Assembly has so far made 59 laws and amended 11 laws.
