Kathmandu: –<\/strong> The government is preparing to release Netra Bikram Chand’s’ Biplava’-led CPN from every charge and to release their cadres after due process. The government has made such preparations after the two-stage talks with the CPN (Biplav) on Wednesday.<\/p>\n

The CPN (Biplav) leaders who reached the PM’s residence in Baluwatar on Wednesday morning for talks had returned after holding talks with Khadga Bahadur Bishwakarma and the government team led by Uday. After that, the second round of talks was held again at 4 pm. After the talks, both sides are enthusiastic.<\/p>\n

Though the Biplav (CPN) did not want to take big advantage of the talks with the Oli-led government, the government has thrown the ‘dice’ to bring him into the mainstream and make him participate in the government. “If KP Oli becomes the prime minister, the Biplav group will come to the government. Prime Minister Oli is preparing to give him one important ministry and three other ministries. Home Minister Thapa has made such a proposal to Prime Minister Oli and Oli has agreed, \u201da senior government source said.<\/p>\n

According to sources, if the conditions of the uprising are fulfilled, all its leaders and activists will return to open politics. In that process, the Biplav group will participate in the government.
