During a program on Friday, Minister for Industry, Commerce and Supplies Lekhraj Bhatta laid the foundation stone of Industrial Area which is to be constructed in Hetauda Sub-metropolitan Ward Nos. 13 and 14.<\/p>\n<p>The Government of Nepal had declared Mayurdhap as an industrial zone on Chaitra-1 of 2072BS.<\/p>\n<p>The chief guest Bhatt, Chief Minister of Bagmati Pradesh Dormani Paudel, Vice Chairman of the National Planning Commission Dr. Pushparaj Kandel, Chairman of Nepal Industrial Management Limited Nanda Kishor Basnet, Member of the disbanded Constituent Assembly Ananta Prasad Paudel, Chairman of Industries Association Makwanpur Lekhraj Pokharel, Local Ward Chairman Deepak Khadka and Chief of District Coordination Committee Makwanpur Raghunath Khulal expressed their views.<\/p>\n<p>Minister Bhatta also felicitated the then Constituent Assembly member Ananta Prasad Paudel for his contribution to the establishment of Mayurdhap Industrial Area.<\/p>\n<p>Manager of the Hetauda Industrial Area, Rajendra Prasad Kandel, said that the government aims to start the construction work as soon as possible by investing Rs. 7 Arba, 2 Crore and 14 lakhs from the government sector for the development of infrastructure in the Mayurdhap Industrial Area.<\/p>\n<p>Nanda Kishore Basnet, chairman of Nepal Industrial Area Management Limited, informed that the federal government has registered 199 bigha and 17 katthas of government land in the industrial area in the name of Mayurdhap Industrial Area and handed over the title deed.<\/p>\n<p>It is also informed that the project office has been established since Kartik-5 of 2075 BS.<\/p>\n<p>From the project, about 10,000 people are expected to get the employment opportunity directly or indirectly.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Makawanpur: &#8211; The foundation stone has been laid today for the construction of Mayurdhap Industrial Area in Hetauda, \u200b\u200bthe capital of Bagmati Province.
