Over-speeding is to blame for the accident. <\/p>\n<p>The deceased has been identified as motorcyclist Sagar Shrestha, 18, of Manthali Municipality-1, Ramechhap, and pillion rider Raj Kumar Moktan, 25, of Sangachokgadhi Municipality-2, Sindhuplachok.
