Earlier, when the flood on Shrawan 27 and 28 of 2074 BS effected Lampakha, ChuwarPakha, Ajingare, Chisapani after that they have been living in intermediate zone.<\/p>\n<p>The park has repeatedly pressured them to remove the houses built by encroaching the land of forest.<\/p>\n<p>They have been also deprived of government services due to be settled in intermediate zone. Even the locals on the list of beneficiaries of the earthquake have not been able to sign an agreement for the construction of the building because they have been living in the forest area.<\/p>\n<p>Gaupalika Chairperson Ekraj Upreti said that there has been legal hurdle to recommend for the construction of 143 families on the list of beneficiaries of the earthquake.<\/p>\n<p>Despite their demands for the permanent settlement in safe places, the park administration is demanding to clear the area at any cost.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, there is fear of wild animals, scorpions and snakes in the area and access of drinking water and electricity has not been expanded till now.
