Using the opportunity of Lhochhar, a cultural program will be organized by &#8216;Ratnaling Gumba&#8217; in Manahari-2 on Phalgun-1.<\/p>\n<p>According to the organizers, today&#8217;s meeting of the monastery has decided to hold a cultural program on the occasion of Lhochhar.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting has divided the work for the preparation of the program.
