Makawanpur<\/strong>: – Arun Kumar Nepal, a member of the Bagmati Provincial Assembly, has accused Chief Minister Dormani Paudel of failing to meet the target set by the government with collective responsibility for three years.<\/p>\n

MP Nepal also added that the no-confidence motion had to be brought as Chief Minister Paudel could not retaliate in a lawful manner even when the federal government showed negligence towards the state government.<\/p>\n

“Nepal’s constitution has given the state government sufficient powers and duties to fulfill its responsibilities.” However, the Prime Minister of the Federal Government did not allow the police organizations under the provinces to become autonomous and forced the police organizations of the three districts of the Valley to be under the control of the federal government.
