A no-confidence motion against Chief Minister Dormani Paudel has been tabled in the meeting of the Bagmati Provincial Assembly on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>The no-confidence motion which was signed by 45 MPs was tabled in the Parliament today by State member Arun Nepal, even though the motion could not be discussed.<\/p>\n<p>Speaker Sanu Kumar Shrestha adjourned the meeting for 2 PM of Magh-19.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, there are 47 MPs of Prachanda-Madhav faction whereas 34 of Oli, 22 of Congress, 3 of Bibekshil, 2 of RPP, 2 of Majdur Kisan and 1 Independent member and all together there are 110 members in the assembly.<\/p>\n<p>It seems that the Congress&#8217;s support is necessary support to keep Chief Minister Paudel in power or to form a government led by Ashtalakshmi Shakya, the leader of the Prachanda-Madhav faction of the CPN.<\/p>\n<p>But due to the confusion of the Congress, there is still confusion in the government formation.<\/p>\n<p>Giving a brief response after the meeting, Congress parliamentary party leader Indra Bahadur Baniya said that the party would decide on the role to be played after the no-confidence motion process moves forward.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Makawanpur.
