Addressing a gathering and training program organized by the All Nepal Women&#8217;s Association in Kathmandu on Wednesday, Khanal said that Prime Minister Oli had created chaos by gathering some people in Baluwatar.<\/p>\n<p>He said that only anti-constitutional, anti-democratic and anarchic people used to gather in Baluwatar and the protagonist was Prime Minister Oli. He said, &#8220;The way KP Oli has brought up some people and gathered them in Baluwatar, that gathering is a gathering of a faction.&#8221; That is an anti-constitutional gathering. That is an anti-democratic gathering. It is a gathering of chaotic people. It is a gathering of people who plunder and devour the country.
