Makawanpur<\/strong>. The president’s Cup Football tournament is scheduled to start from Saturday (Today) in Manahari Gaupalika of Makawanpur district. ‘President’s Cup Football Tournament’ has been hosting in Manahari for the past three years.<\/p>\n

The schedule of the game has been made public on Thursday. The inaugural match of the competition will be played between the previous winners of Wada No.7 and Wada No 6. Also, there is participation of 9 Wada of Manahari Village municipalities in the competition.<\/p>\n

Village Municipality Chairman Ekraj Upreti informed that the competition is being organized with the objective of the selection of village level players of our society.<\/p>\n

Only village players will be able to participate in the competition. Chairman of ‘Gaupalika Sports Development Committee’, Navin Subedi informed that the best players will be selected from the competition.<\/p>\n

The winner of the competition, which is to be held at the proposed Madan Bhandari Regional Stadium at Manahari-7, will be awarded with a trophy, Certificates and medal along with Rs 50,000 in cash.<\/p>\n
