A museum of Indigenous Tribes is planned to be constructed in the premises of Martyr&#8217;s Memorial (Shahid Smarak) at Hetauda Sub-metropolitan Wada No.11, Nawalpur.<\/p>\n<p>The museum will be established with the aim of preserving the culture of the tribes in Makawanpur District, said Ram Chandra Neupane, Chief of the Martyr&#8217;s Memorial Management Development Committee.<\/p>\n<p>According to Neupane, the construction of the museum has reached its final phase. Chief Neupane informed that the costumes, rituals, glimpses of religion and culture of the indigenous tribes living in 8 village municipalities of Makawanpur, 1 municipality and 1 Sub-metropolitan area of Makawanpur will be kept in the museum. Also a &#8216;Martyr Study Research Center&#8217; will be set up at the memorial premises and materials on the biography of the martyr and their contribution to the democratic movement will be kept.<\/p>\n<p>A statue of 12 martyrs and a separate zoo have been set up at the memorial(Smarak).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Makawanpur.
