So, the ministry informed that the framework has been prepared either to open the educational institution or to keep it closed. The rights regarding school education are centered in the local Government although the way has been cleared for the opening of the institution running in the Control of Central Government.<\/p>\n It has been mentioned in the framework that the process of evaluation, examinations and teaching learning can be done in the schools with the proper precaution keeping eyes on the Corona infection.
