Social Development Ministry informed that Government has decided to provide allowance for the certainty of Children’s social security , Educations, Health, and proteins to those children who have lost their parents.<\/p>\n
Budgets have been allocated by the Government to all the 1 hundreds 19 local bodies to provide allowance in the starting of Fiscal year informed the Head of Social Development Division, Indeera Ojha.<\/p>\n
Head of the Social Development Division, Indeera Ojha informed that along with the guidance 96 thousands to the budgets have been provided to the metropolis, Sub-metropolis, municipality and 72 thousands have been provided to the Gaupalika . Initially few amounts of budget have been allocated after collecting the data extra amount of budget will be added. ” This program will continuously run”- She added ” Right now we don’t have data , budget will be provided according to the demand of the local bodies”.<\/p>\n
According to the Ojha, local bodies have not provided data due to the covid-19 till now even though we had planned to provide allowance from the first quarter of the fiscal year. Some local bodies have started to collect data, but have not provided to the ministry. The allowance will be provided from the allocated budget and later on it will be added according to the requirement.<\/p>\n
Following children can get allowance <\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong>The guidance have been made by the Bagmati state to provide allowance. According to the guidance, this program has been considered for those children who don’t have both father and mother and below 18 years old. 2 thousands monthly allowance will be provided for those children.<\/p>\n Death of both father and mother, both disappeared or deprived from the care of both father and mother are the guidance to provide allowance. The children who fall under above criteria can get benefit.
